Website Privacy Notice
1. Controller and contact
The controller for personal data processed through opspectra.com and direct email contact is ITPartner Paweł Gejda, trading as ITPartner PG. Full company information and the address for service are available in the Legal Notice. Privacy contact: support@opspectra.com.
2. Static website, local contact form and technical logs
The website has no user accounts and no server-side contact-form endpoint. The contact form processes its fields in your browser only to prepare an addressed email in your default mail application. The form content is not submitted to or stored on the OPSpectra web server; it leaves your device only if you choose to send the prepared message through your email provider.
When a page is requested, the hosting infrastructure can process an IP address, timestamp, requested path, response status, browser/user-agent information and other standard server-log data. This is processed to deliver, secure, diagnose and maintain the website on the basis of the controller's legitimate interests under GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
3. Email contact
If you send the prepared email or contact OPSpectra directly, the sender address, message content, metadata and any voluntarily supplied attachments are processed to answer the request, take steps before a contract, perform a contract, secure communications and establish or defend claims under Article 6(1)(b) and (f), and under Article 6(1)(c) where a legal duty applies. Do not send Azure credentials, tokens, full reports or unnecessary personal data.
4. Purchases, declaration records and external links
After you open the documents and select both confirmations, the OPSpectra server saves the wording and acceptance of both declarations, server time, language, the OPSpectra Lite identifier, and the document revision and copies. A random record identifier is passed to Lemon Squeezy. After receiving a signed notification from Lemon Squeezy, we link the record to the order ID and number, LS customer ID, status, date, currency and transaction amount. The declaration register does not store card details, passwords, the customer's name or email address.
These data are used to process the purchase, document the declarations and establish or defend claims, under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f), and Article 6(1)(c) where a legal obligation applies. Records are stored outside the public website directory. Opening a document does not establish that it has been read. These declarations are not marketing consent.
Lemon Squeezy processes order and payment data under its own privacy information and role as Merchant of Record. Campaign UTM labels from the incoming URL may be passed to LS. UTM labels are preserved in links without creating a tracking cookie. Optional Google measurement is described below. To protect the recording service against abuse, the server temporarily uses a hash of the IP address for request limits; declaration records do not contain the IP address. Other external websites have their own privacy policies.
5. Optional analytics and advertising measurement
You can accept or reject optional measurement, or choose its purposes separately. Buying the Product does not require either choice. Google tags are not loaded before you allow analytics. Your privacy choice and its date and revision are stored in your browser for up to 180 days to apply your preferences.
Website analytics: with your consent, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits and clicks that continue to Lemon Squeezy checkout. Information can include browser and device characteristics, approximate location, page paths, campaign labels and pseudonymous cookie identifiers. Google also receives the IP address as part of the network connection. We do not deliberately send contact-form contents, email addresses, Azure reports or purchase-declaration identifiers in our analytics events. Analytics cookies on opspectra.com are configured for up to 180 days.
Advertising measurement: with your separate consent, campaign click identifiers and visit and purchase events may be used to attribute results to Google Ads. This option requires analytics in this implementation. Ad personalisation and Google signals are disabled on this website. The basis for optional processing is your consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a).
Use Privacy settings in the footer to change or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops future measurement on this website, removes accessible Google measurement cookies and may reload the page. It does not affect processing that lawfully occurred before withdrawal. The settings apply to opspectra.com; Lemon Squeezy is a separate platform and controls its own checkout consent and cookies. Its analytics integration can send purchase information, including transaction ID, amount, tax and currency. Our purchase button does not itself report a successful sale.
Google processes data under its applicable service terms; for an EEA business account, the provider is generally Google Ireland Limited. Information may be processed outside the EEA under Google's applicable transfer arrangements. See how Google uses data from sites using its services and the Lemon Squeezy privacy policy. User and event data retention is governed by the Analytics property settings; standard aggregated reports can be retained separately.
6. Recipients, transfers and retention
Data can be processed by hosting, email, security and IT support providers to the extent needed for their services. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, an applicable lawful transfer mechanism must be used. Technical data, contact data and declaration records are kept no longer than reasonably necessary for website security, handling the request, contractual duties and limitation periods, then deleted or anonymised unless law requires longer retention.
7. Your rights
Depending on the processing basis, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO). Contact support@opspectra.com. No website-contact decision producing legal effects is made solely by automated processing.
